What’s your education?

Bachelor of Arts, Master of Business Administration, Environmental Specialist, I have also studied music in many different formats and institutions.

What kind of work tasks are your favorites?

I enjoy tasks that involve creative problem-solving and strategic planning, especially those that challenge me to think about the future in innovative ways.

What do you love most about your job?

Doing foresight is an expedition to explore various unknown futures. What could be more exciting than that?

What inspired you to join the team here?

I originally came to Digitalist to prepare my degree work on corporate sustainability. I wrote Digitalist a Playbook for sustainability, including various sustainability-related documents. After graduation, I stayed with the company and continued working as a designer.

What would your perfect weekend look like?

I live and breathe music, so my perfect weekend involves going to see some interesting, emotion-provoking shows, gigs, or performances. I also share a studio space with a bunch of cool artists in Vallila, so hanging out in our Twin Peaks-styled red room with like-minded people is always great! Perhaps jamming some improvised music. Then on Sunday, I could do forest-bathing.

What’s something surprising that not many people know about you?

I compose classical music, I just released a brand new cinematic piano piece called “Aureveil". Go listen to it on digital services, you can find it under the name Noctomella

What are you passionate about?

Saving the planet, music, art, dancing, sci-fi, coffee, chocolate and cheese cakes!

What is the best thing that has happened to you this year?

This year, I have reconnected with various friends from the distant past, living both near and far away. Especially in times like these, the feeling of belonging to a place and being connected to other people is particularly important.

How would your best friend describe you in three words?

Whimsical force of nature

If you could pick any superpower, what would it be and why?

The ability to communicate with plants & trees and other species
