What she likes most about the job
For Hetti, it’s all about the people. “I love the supportive, open, and flexible environment created by the team,” she says. “I can trust my colleagues, and they trust me—it’s a safe place to work.”
What kind of work is her favorite
Supporting and enhancing employee happiness and well-being is something Hetti is truly passionate about. "This year I joined our company’s Employee Experience team. Projects like these have become my favorite focus in recent times."

"I knew this was a place where I could keep learning and still have work fit into life."
Life outside work
Hetti's perfect weekend would be either a relaxing getaway to a summer cottage with friends (great company, sauna and swimming, and delicious food) or a camping adventure with her partner and their beloved dog, Kapu. "I also listen to ASMR almost every day to relax or fall asleep. Hair brushing or subtle fabric sounds are the thing."

"The best thing about 2025 so far has been becoming an aunt. I'm so happy about this new little addition to the family!"

Teleportation. “It would save time, money, and even help the climate.”
